Case studies aren’t easy. I want to sit down with your customer and be a reflection of your organization. Before I sit down with a customer, we will have a brief introductory call to understand the customer you are reaching out to, what products and services they use, and what you want from the case study. I will then sit down and craft a list of questions that I will ask on the call.

Note: I love to ask follow-up questions during the interview. What I share directly with you might change if a customer feels passionate about a specific question I pose during the case study.

Customer Case Study Calls & Transcriptions

I record every call for transcription purposes, but we can also let customers know that the video might be used for marketing purposes. I will get you a Rev transcript of our video call as well as a copy of the recorded video. Both of these items can be helpful for you and your marketing team.

Back & Forth With You And Your Customer To Get The Right Details

After the interview is over, I will go back and forth with you and your customer to ensure I have images, logos, and information to write a stellar case study.

At the end of our time together, you will receive a written document with all you need to get a case study designed for your business. You can then work with a designer who can bring the case study to life with the words I’ve written and images I’ve gotten from your customer.
